I will disseminate the Humanistic Management Network initiative to writing cases on positive examples of generating social value when running profitable organizations in Indonesia. I will focus on the dissemination of cases from profitable organizations in Indonesia especially its Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
This initiative facilitates our reflection on shifting our mindset from negative (crisis stage development) to positive (catharsis stage development); the world is right because we feel good.
